Educational Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in CSE/Computer Science/ETE/ECE/EEE from reputed universities with a satisfactory academic track record.

Experience Requirements: At least 1 year.

Additional Requirements:
At least 1-year relevant experience (knowledge in AIX/Solaris/Linux, oracle database will be given priority);
Given priority who worked/good knowledge in Data Center passive items;
Hard-working and Multitasking ability under pressure;
Excellent communication skill;
Hands-on experience in Project Coordination and Reporting;
Familiar with any ITSM Applications;
Accept to do roster duty including night shift.

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible to ensure smooth and uninterrupted 24/7 operations of different banking services and core banking operations along with disaster recovery planning.
Maintain Core Banking Systems EOD BOD Process as well as daily others core banking operational process;
Maintain Card Management Solution Settlement process as well as other Card related operational process ;
Ensure monitoring of all the systems, applications, Database, ATM – CDM (Health & Transaction), NPSB, SMS Push-Pull, DC Environment monitoring 24\7 basis to run BBL Data Center smoothly;
In-house Developed System Operations & settlement;
To ensure all systems & database backup and restoration process through central Disk-based backup solution;
Provide support to deploy new scripts/patch in CBS, CMS and other applications;
To assist in the provision of business recovery sites to give the ability to conduct business transactions and monitor exposure in the event of a disaster;
Datacenter maintenance & Monitoring (Power, Cooling, Rack Management, Structured cabling etc.) 24/7 roster;
Problem and change management – outstanding escalation on problem\change management and respective event logging, trends, reporting including high severity problem control;
All Help Desk Tickets related initiatives and updates. Ensuring standards are adhered to, or dispensations raised;
Work closely with other IT Team to provide technical support during business & nonbusiness hour;
To maintain necessary vendor relation for equipment delivery, annual maintenance, SLA, UAT implementation for Data Center Operations.
